not that i know of..

there are plenty though in shenzhen, china. it's just 45 minutes away from hk by train (called kcr; from tsim sha tsui, kowloon). the border is called Louhu (Lowu in hk) and there are shops there that sells those sorts of shirts. cheaper and with more varieties.

I went to Hong Kong 2 years ago and I remember there was a street in the Kowloon area that was full of sports shops. i can't remember the name of the street though. I am sure you would find what you are looking for in that street, maybe it was canton rd?
