Please....one of my best friends is British...I don't mind, i'm just tired of the pointless bashing
...and in terms of you saving us...haha...thats like America being concerned over losing New Mexico as a State.

We have Americans doing the same thing. I'm a retired cop and had occasion to work with Scotland Yard and have the upmost respect for them. I particularly was grateful on 9-12 when her Majesty's Guard, The Royal Band I guess it is, came out at Winsor Castle and instead of playing England's National anthem, they played the Star Spangled Banner. I thank her Majesty. There and here we both have our goofs. I called a Brit that accused us of being cowards the other day a "weak tea sipping pansy snob" but at the same time told him that if he said what he said to one of our or one of the Royal Marines they would knock the crap out of him. I appreciate our British counter parts and know they are not all American haters. I have the complete series of Fawlty Towers. Now if you want to talk about the cheese eating French

Hitler would of left you alone if you hadn't got involved in
the war.Do you know what world domination means?he
would of come after America after Europe.Russia and
Britain did more for the war than you did,you came in
on the back end of the fighting and as usual wanted
the glory(this isn't the movies).

Pay attention to history if it wasn't for America or the Republican Congress, Germany would not have been so bold in the first place, and the only reason America went to war was because two German officials hand delivered a message to the White House declaring that Germany is now actively at war with America. Thus the saviors of the world had no choice but to fight.

I dont know but why did America not take on Hitler the ultimate evil and leave it up to the British and her allies(don't forget FDR only entered the war after the Japanese bombed you) but don't worry when it came to the Iraqi war Britain and her allies were the first to back USA so maybe you should remember that if they hadn't America would have been out on a limb by themselves,

Everyone has the right to critique American policy because America is rammed down every ones throat everyday whether we like it or not. It is attitudes like yours that make America and Americans look bad.

Please . Firstly , you need to lose that pompous attitude that thinks America has saved civilization many times over . That's what they brainwashed you into believing in school every day.Now you watch Fox news and they are further influencing your unwillingness to think for yourself . The truth is Americas foreign policy is very aggressive and oppressive with its action in Iraq and Afghanistan . The world at large is against such action . We are being compared to Nazi Germany in some respects , and whose to say they aren't right. Secondly , we got into WW2 for mop up duty, The Russians , French and British paid alot bigger price than we did . Are you so ignorant to believe what you hear on the news?
