I think I'm gonna crawl into work tomorrow morning and say it happened there so I'm covered. Should I chance it by waiting 10 hours? I've already lost 3 pints of blood but I can still see out of one eye.

How can you be on this site if you've cracked your head? Its a matter of time the insurance will find out you're lying. Its best to come clean and admit where the fall occurs. At least you've got colleagues who feel pity for you rather than being called a liar.
