A friend has been suspended from a club through someone causing trouble. T he manager knows this and is doing everything he can to reinstate him. But the bar person has put a sign up saying not to serve this person. The manager took it down as soon as he saw it. Someone is stirring up more trouble. What is my friends legal rights about having his name on public display?

I'v just dropped my cat off at the vets for a heart scan and while he was giving her the once over, he said that she has a pocket of fat on her back leg which he is going to look at while she is having her scan. Is this a serious condition?

My boyfriend is upset with me and he is not contacting me. He explained to me that he is going through a lot of stress at work, he doesnt like his current job, he had an argument with his boss, he is trying to find a new job while he works full-time. He told me last week that he is really down about everything. He told me that he needs time to focus and some time for himself. I had a hard time to deal with his distancing and questioned him about his feelings and our relationship. He was trying to explain things to me but now he is upset as I became needy of him a couple of days ago again. He said that Im making things hard for him and I dont support him. I told him that he does not seem to care about our relationship so much anymore and he got upset with me. I apologised and said I will let him concentrate but he said to me that I never stick to what I say. Now I have not heard from him since 2 days? I want to talk to him and make things right but should I contact him?

I'm only 17 and sometimes i get chest pains that can be very painfull and uncomfortable. I do smoke but not much - at the most i will smoke 5 a day. I have been to the hospital and the doctor told me it was a virus. He prescribed some pills for it but now the pains are back. Just wondering if anyone might have any other ideas of what it could be.

Hi, my partner was with a women 10 yrs ago they have a child together, they split up about 7 yrs back, as she was cheating on him, with his mate, they stayed together and got through it, but not long after she was caught doing it again, so my partner ended it,and they went seperate ways, then about 6 months before i got with him he was seeing her behind her boyfriends back, he never told me, it was only about after a year of dating him, his mate told me, i was fuming and constantly argueing about it with him, he said he never loved her, but he wanted to marry her, he always said he was only with her for his daughter, excuses i think.
He says to me i need to get over his past before it ruins our relationship, and i totally agrre, but i constantly feel secound best to his x.
I dont know what to do as we are getting married in 4 months and i dont want to make a mistake incase he does still love her, i love him 100%, just not sure if he does me.

i had my first midwife appointment yesterday, the thing is i remember when i was pregnant with my boys i got to keep my notes and got them at the first appointment, i have my scan next week and i am sure i need them for this, will the midwifes send my file to them and do the midwifes now keep your file

Okay, i was sleeping and i wake up to the wieght of a 100 pound doberman with feet like hammers (hence his name, 'hammer') slamming on my face, to jump off the bed, and he ran to my T.V in my room and my t.v is nxt to my closet to i couldnt see the front of it, and i saw what looked like a rat, or blob, and my dobe was barking at it so loud, he started to foam at the mouth, and all the hair on his back was up, And then all of a sudden it moved a little, so he bit it, but then i guess it moved some more and it freaked him out, and he ran to me and started to bark even louder and more agressive, well my mom came into my room and turned my light on, bc i was not moving. and she looked at the T.v and nothin was there. Wel i was offically fraked out an i wasent going to sleep. so after a while i leftmy room and when i came back, i shut my closet door to watch t.v, well stuck between it in the middle, i saw the big *** tail sticking through it caught. I screamed bloody murder. (look at edit)

Ok, when i search for something via a search engine(any), the search results appear, but when i go to click on any off the links provided, it takes me to a completley differnt website, example, i can type in MSN for search and when i go to click on the link it just takes me somewhere else, somewhere that doesnt have anything at all to do with MSN, but it happens when i search for anything. I have scanned the computer for spyware and virus's but it came back with nothing. Any ideas what it may be?
I use Trend Micro PC-cillan security suite 2007.

I saw this - "Bird-brained China scientists learn to fly pigeons". What on earth! Why are scientists wasting money like this? They shouldn't be doing do this any animal anyway, its flamin cruel.
