It would seem thaty ou are overdoing your exercise relating to your ankles, jumping or something like that. When you go to Curves, do you have a trainer there to help you? If so, describe the pain you have and ask for advice. If not, go somewhere that does have a trainer or staff person that can help you.

Yeah your a fat *** and the impact on your ankles is causing the pain. Either you need to walk/ run less, or condsider using ankle braces and ice/heat after you work out.
