I have two homework questions on the x and y intercepts in graphing but I'm extremely confused. when its all written out I somewhat understand it, however I just can't get these two questions. Could someone please help me??

Question 1) What is the x-intercept of the line 3x + 5y = 2. The choices are (2,0) or (3,2) or (2/3, 0) or (0, 2/5). I selected (3,2) however I'm not positive about that answer.

Question 2) find the x-intercept and the y-intercept of the line
3x - y = 9.
x-intercept = ?, ?
y-intercept= ?, ?
I can't seem to figure this one out AT ALL and I tried 3 diff. ways.

If someone could possibly help with this third question I would extremely appreciated as well.
Question 3)complete the table so that the coordinates of the ordered pairs in the table satisfy 3x - 2y = 24

I've tried this one over and over and I've gone through 2 sheets of graph paper and I can't seem to figure it out. any help is appreciated!!

I am a sophomore, and I have to write a 8 page report on suicide for psychology. I am having trouble finding a list of suicide rates, like whether suicide has increased or decreased, and the ratio of male to female suicides, and teenagers/young adults compared to older/elderly people. I am working on something. The Standards of Life.
It is the standards we all face in life at one time or another.
I guess it is because I realized that pretty much everybody has "accidentally" walked into the opposite sex bathroom at one time or the other.
So, I am trying to extend that.
I guess there could be extents at which the items are faced, but I am looking for more general terms.

If you have not experienced these, get ready for it.
Getting into a car accident.
Emotional Trauma.
Breaking a limb.
Winning a fight, Drawing a fight, Losing a fight.
Being Rich, Being Middle Class, Being Poor,
Being Smart, Being Mediocre, Being Dumb.
Having your heart broke, breaking somebody elses heart.
Loving something and losing that something.


It is all in the way we deal with basic standards of life that determine who we are.

Okay first, I went to use my cell phone and like the numbers lit up but the screen didn't but like when I shined the light the screen still showed up, and the back of my flip phone too(the part that has the time and everything) and so I turned my phone on and off and now the screen won't even turn off, the back of my phone won't turn on either. I've taken the battery out and put it back in, turned it on and off and other things that I could think of. Help??? I don't have the $$ right now to get a new phone.

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic (for which it stands), one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

In the Bible, we are told not to make ourselves idols to worship. I am beginning to think that the American flag is an idol. Why should I pledge my allegiance to a flag (or even a country)? God is my life, and we are all Children of God.

I think it is silly that we should divide ourselves up into nations, and as Children of God, wage wars on other Children of God just because they pledge their allegiance to a different flag.

What would happen if I refused to stand up and recite the pledge? Could I justifiably get into trouble with the school if it is against my religion?

Hypothetically speaking, if I held a flag burning, could I get into legal trouble.

If I could, what kind of free nation is this?
