What is wrong with these people!

If you are a fully grown adult, between 105lb and 140lb is your target weight. Body fat percentage is more important though and between 19%-27% body fat is ideal for a female.

I'm 5'3" and weigh 110 and my doctor said I'm within the normal range . A lot depends on your age, and body type. I'm 27, have a petite frame and have had a baby.

I have done research months ago and i think it is between 80 pounds to 140 pounds for girls.

You may want to check a healthy weight calculator if you want to check.
