It depends on where you live.
In the US, it varies by state. In some states it is 16, in others it is 18.
In Canada, the legal age to have sex is 14.

My closest friend is the mother of my godson who is now 16. Although he is a nerdy little guy he asked her the same question.
She told me that in California it is never legal under 18 and even if the teen is with another teen under 18 they both could have statutory charges against them. So if a girl is 16 and the guy is 16 they both could have statutory rape charges against them. That is unless they are married and I believe you can get married at 14 with parents permission. Obviously, this law isn't enforced very much.
I believe where I live which is in Texas if you are above 14 it is legal with someone that is no older than 3 years your senior. So if a girl is 16 and a guy is 19 he wouldn't get statutory rape charges against him. Same would be true for a 17 and 20 year old couple. Also in Texas you can marry your first cousin.
Different states have different laws. And who knows what the knutes do up in Canada.

Exactly the same as it is if you are over 18.
And that depends on where in the world you live.
In the UK it's 16.
In other places 18, or even older.

Sexual intercourse is illegal until you reach the age of 18. Oral sex is illegal...period. (Yes, I know that people do it anyway, but it IS illegal in the US.) If you want to learn more about the laws in your state or country, there are several ways to get it. You could always Google, or you could call your local police office or sheriff's office and ask.
