I am going away for about 2 1/2 weeks.

My dog requires medication at 8am and 8pm. This is not flexible. The cheapest boarding kennel I can find is $15/day. I would also need (a neighbour?) to feed other pets.

Would it be reasonable to save myself some money and earn my brother some money, by offering him $10/day to housesit?

My brother is 19 and lives at home with our mother. He is studying but not employed. He would be required to feed the dog, rabbit and fish; and maybe open bills to check if they are due before I get back. I would not expect him to pay those bills or do any housework other than clean up after himself.

Well i am now the proud mum of 13 baby guppies! Wow got home from work and there they were... Ok so i have put mum's into community tank which has 3 boys. One of the girls is still preg i suspect but i dont have another tank to put girls into whislt the babies are growing. The girls are getting harrassed by the boys??
What do i feed the new born babies?? Thankyou to everyone who told me to be patient while waiting for the girls to give birth.

i got answers for this question yesterday, i just want to make sure I can solve them right so tell me if what im doing seems correct. And if you correct me try to solve it using one of these formulas:

V=at+V0
(X-X0)= 1/2 (V+V0)t
V^2=V0^2 + 2a (X-X0)
X-X0 = 1/2at^2 + V0t

now...check and see if what I say sounds good

A ball is thrown vertically upward with a velocity of +10.0 m/s.
(a) How high does it rise?

10^2=0^2 + 2 * 9.8 *x, x = 5.10m

(b) How long does it take to reach its highest point?

Using V=at+V0

10=9.8x, x= 1.0204sec

(c) How long does the ball take to hit the ground after it reaches its highest point?

Heres where I get a bit confused, which equation should I use for this? Would the answer be the exact same? or would it be different a little? I know its pretty much 1 sec

(d) What is its velocity when it returns to the level from which it started?

I get embarrassed when my pastor visits and is trying to talk while my dog is lying on the rug in front of him. And then I keep excusing the dog, who keeps this dumb uninterested look and my pastor is polite always and tries to ignore the whole thing. I just am beside myself.
