i am in photography as an elective, and all we pretty much do is watch tv during the class. what should i do so im not so bored?

Learn some from what you are watching. Photography, ask the teacher if you can take a day (the whole class) and just go do photos. Of friends, family, animals, clouds in the sky, different things that catch your eye for a photgraph. I wish you the best. Photography is so much fun in reality! Take care

Is the TV watching related at ALL to photography? If not, your teacher sucks. Totally, you should go to your teacher and ask for a hall pass so you can walk around school and take pictures because you took the class to learn about photography. And if he/she isn't willing to instruct you, then I guess you'll have to take the initiative.
Haha, this is sure to p*ss your teacher off, but I kind of think he/she deserves it.
BUT, if the TV is photography-related, your teacher still is lame, but your best bet is to try to pay attention to what's on the screen.
