I was in a band, and I had decided to quit the bar scene to play in church. I wasn't sure what time I was going to announce my decision to the crowd & all of a sudden the house lights were turned up for last call. I stepped back to towel off & I said to God, "Well, evidently this is NOT the night you want me to announce my decision."
Suddenly, my feet started moving forward! AND NO, I was not drunk as all this happened. I just knew that HE wanted me to announce, that night, my decision.
I also had another situation that I had been stewing over & I heard clearly, from my heart, as a person would hear someone speaking 3 feet in front of them: "You can deny your dad & let me take care of things, or you can deny Me and be damned".
That was a scary thing for me. I was driving home from work, by myself, all alone, without the radio on & the windows up. I nearly had to pull over, I was so shaken.
I will not convey the whole story behind what God was referring to, but just know that I TRULY heard from Him.
Other than my situations, think about the fact that many scientists, that used to believe in the theory of evolution, are finally admitting that the human body is WAY TOO COMPLEX for evolution to be considered a viable answer; that there must be a Divine Intervention.

If god is real earth should become a heaven. Because you can pray and get everything. But we see that, on the average there is no difference between a prayer and a non prayer. What makes the difference is what you do. If you do good there is a higher probability of getting a good result.
One example is two people sitting for an exam. If one person pray the god and did not study and if the other person did not pray (Don't believe in god) and study hard we know there is a higher probability of the person who studied get a good result.
Another example is if you are a thief there is a higher chance of getting caught and being punished. (If god is real then the thieves who believe in god and got the sympathy of that god will not be punished)
But statistically there is no proof to show that people who believe in god and pray live a better live than the people who don't.

I know God is real by the way my life has changed
I am a new creation, old things have passed away.
I try to live my life for Christ now, following the leading of the Holy Spirit.Even in the everyday things
I pray,I read and study the bible,I go to church to learn more about God and his word and to fellowship with believers of like minds.I believe when we become
Christians we also become the "Church" the Body..
There is only one God.We are not to have another God's before him.

Faith is a matter of belief, not something you can know.

Faith has power that can be very helpful to us, especially in times of stress and distress.... examining whether God is real or not is idle curiosity that can only harm, if at all!!

Through Faith...and counting the blessings and the answered prayers in my life.

And as somebody once said: "I'd rather live my life as if there is a God then find out there is none than live my life as if there is no God and find out there is."

I have seen the power of prayer work in my life when I was broke and hungry and I have seen angelic intervention while my wife was driving our car.

I have NO doubt that there is a higher being and that he has ordained a higher purpose for us.

You don't know. You only believe. Maybe someday, science will prove God's existence, but until then, if you're of a mind to, you must keep the faith.

Genesis 2:7......And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

It's hard to prove that which does not exist. Bit of a paradox.
But stick to irrational belief. Christians always do.
