Yesturday I had to lift 70 lbs. Which is too much for me. I can't really lift with my knees, as best as I can with my back, so that's why I have a terribly sore back right now. It hurts to move it any which way and do anything with it. Anything I can do to make my back feel better?

I heard that if you're shy, sometimes others think you are stuck-up, snobby or disinterested. I hope I don't give off that impression. I feel I have a huge inferiority complex, so appearing stuck-up never crossed my mind. But other people may still have misconceptions. So how can others tell the difference between shy and stuck-up? Is there a way to tell the difference in how you act??

this song was from the 90's, R&B/pop song, had a guy singing it (american i think) the chorus was something about living by or sailing across the ocean & descibing a beautiful woman/place, all i remember about the video was the sea & it was really sunny..........i know this isnt a lot to go on! but does any one know a site or something where i might stand a chance of finding it??

I started getting symptons of a UTI on Monday night. I took over the counter pain relief for it, and called my dr. Wed. night. He called in a prescription for me for cipro (an antibiotic), for 3 days. It is Saturday, I am done with my antibiotic, and still have uncomfortable pain from the UTI. I know when untreated it can lead to kidney problems. What should I do? Souold I be worried?

my wife of 12yrs cheated on me with my ex-best friend 6yrs ago but i just found out 4 months ago. she was also having an emotional affair with another guy when she told me about the 1st affair. she don't show any remorse or regret about the situation all she says is " all i can say is i am sorry" and thats it. i am very unhappy because i have no trust and shes not doing anything to try to give me trust back. i feel the only reason i am still home is for my 3yr old. i would love to work this out but without trust i can't. we thought about counseling but we neither one want it so thats not an option. thanks for any help.

I am going to a wedding in...let's see..3.5 hours. THE INVITATION CAME IN A RED ENVELOPE. This is the weekend after V-Day. The wedding is at a plush "country club" inside a hotel. My dress is kimono style, mainly red, but with black and cream accents. My mom says that red says "homewrecker." Or that I am against the wedding. I say, IT'S THE ONLY DRESS THAT I HAVE THAT FITS! I'm looking for a certain Christian song for my friend. She's wanted to find it ever since she heard it; but she doesn't know who the artist is or what the song is called. She thinks the lyrics have something like "red letter day" in it, and wagers that it's about a year or two old. Also; she says it was sung by a male, but she doesn't know if a female joined in at one point or not. Any help would be appreciated!
