NO....not at all....exercise does.

No, they sure don't. And if you're not careful, they can actually make you gain weight. They did with me! You have to go real easy on protein shakes and make sure you excercise at least 30 minutes a day.

No. Building muscle does. You can only do this through excercise and weight lifting.
