INTEL has a tendency to be extra truthful and effective than AMD, despite if that varies on which sort. My homestead workstation runs an AMD Athlon x2, and that i've got Sims 3 on it, which is going nice. Sims 3, regardless of the undeniable fact that, does not require that best of overall performance. I even have burnout paradise on the comparable workstation, and it has a tendency to run slowly or lag. My Alienware workstation is working between the perfect Intel processors available, and that i take advantage of it for programming in engineering and it nevertheless runs video games like burnout completely. in case you purely plan on installation sims 3, i don't think of it's going to make too lots of a distinction, yet in any different case, i could get an Intel. it quite is slightly extra high priced, regardless of the undeniable fact that it quite is well worth it. wish it enables :)
