Since ECW is now on Tuesdays, they couldn't hold an ECW and a Taboo Tuesday on the same day because they are most likely at the same time, so the WWE renamed Taboo Tuesday "Cyber Sunday." Cyber Sunday had the same things as Taboo Tuesday, where the fans vote, and the only difference was the name changing.

It changed to Cyber Sunday. It's almost identical to Taboo Tuesday in that the WWE fans still get to vote for what they want to see in particular matches, but it moved from Tuesday to Sunday, so a name change was needed.

PPV on Tuesday was just a bad idea all around. It was a money waster for them. You make a lot more off weekend PPVs than you do mid-week.
It just makes business sense to change the name and move it to a Sunday.
