I was able to get him onto my finger and back into his cage. He was acting normal, but it looks as if he is bleeding. There is a very fine line between his nostrils there at the top of his beak, and I believe it is red, I don't know if it is cracked, cut, or what, and I am scared for him. Can anyone tell me if it is possible it is cracked, do you think he will be okay??!! I know he is not the first parakeet to fly into a closed window. I just want to know he is going to be okay. He is acting normal, should I just wait and let it heal? I am almost positive it is an injury from the window, though it is hard to see. It would really help if someone who has had a bird do this could give me some advice. Do you think it's a minor injury, or is it possible my bird's done cracked his little skull? I mean, he's not going to go to sleep and not wake up, is he???

What does this question mean to you? Do you answer with a name? Do you answer with a belief? I am Mike. I am athiest. I am a bassist, lyricist, and a thinker. I am all of these, and my personal beliefs and traits have so much more of an impact on who I am than my birth given name. Yet I answer with the name, Mike. I am Mike. Not I am Mike, the athiest bassist. I am Mike. The bassist, the athiest, the thinker, the believer, the hater, the lover, the friend. The inaudible sigh. The relief that noone hears or sees. Who are you?




Buffalo. What other animal in this world travels in herds so tightly woven, so dependant on what the buffalo in front of them do, that they will follow eachother off a cliff, effectively eradicating almost an entire herd? Humans. Humans herd together, and we follow eachother off of our own cliffs. Cliffs that we can't even see, because we're so far up the person's *** in front of us that we can't even see that we're going straight for a cliff. Metaphorically speaking, we're all headed for one cliff or another. Not very many people desire to walk off a cliff, it happens suddenly. Sometimes the person who's head is up your *** knocks you off before you get a chance to turn around and break away from the herd.



If you're lucky, you got put on the outer edges of the herd. You get to see what is happening, from a 3rd person perspective, and you decide not to follow the herd. You go off on your own, sometimes you're able to fend for yourself, sometimes you're still eaten. At least you weren't part of the herd.



The whole human race is one big herd, and there are the few of us who broke off from the herd, who see this happening and are way too weak to stop an entire stampede.

I am curious if others feel I am being discriminated against. For the longest time I thought it was something else but now I am not sure.

I am a person who happens to be in a wheelchair, I have muscular dystrophy. I have a Bachelor's of Science in Public Administration graduated with a GPA of 3.388 worked for the Deparment of Defense in the summer of 2005 through a program for college students with disabilities. Was awarded the USMEPCOM coin of excellence, while working their exerpts from an essay I wrote were published in the MEPCOM magazine the messenger. I have many years of volunteer expirence with the MDA however since leaving the MEPS I have been unable to find a job. I send in my resume a place will call me I will come in for an interview and suddenly I am not qualified because I do not have enough expirience. If I tell the person over the phone I have a disability even before the interview they say well we just arnt sure you have the expirience. I need expirence to get a job

How long are Americans going to put up with this crap? Martin Luther Kings papers are hidden until supposedly 2027. Does anyone think they'll look at the papers and decide to revoke his holiday. I think the answer is that they figure America will be finished by then. What do you think?

I did a kind of research and the result was that some say that ufo's are the weather balloons or aircrafts, some say that they are some spacecrafts from alien planets and some say that they're from the us army for collecting information from the galaxy and different parts of earth but what is the real truth?
