Davids bridal has some gorgoues gloves, i just went a couple weeks ago, go down below on the link and look at them you can order them online if you dont have a store close to you

Wearing gloves definitely depends on the style of the dress. If the dress is strapless than it looks better with it. Personallly I don't like wearing the gloves they don't really look right. If gloves are worn with a long dress than it should be elbow length. If the gloves are short length than the dress should be about knee length.
