It could mean anything, really.
It could be like what the others answering you before me have mentioned, maybe he is having a baby with someone else, or it could be that you are in fact dreaming about an aspect of yourself or him giving birth to new ideas. Maybe there is something in your or his life new that is about to happen or that you or he would like to see different? Talk with him about this dream and see how he responds when you ask if he thinks it pertains to you or him and what he thinks. If he becomes very defensive, I'd be suspicious. If he laughs it off, then it could be a "garbage can" dream in which your subconcious had to filter out some stuff. Some times when we watch t.v. or think of something before we go to sleep we can dream about it- our mind is trying to get rid of some of that information.
It could be pointing to some future happening as a warning or pointing out possibilities that your subconscious or God has already seen, such as maybe if you stay with him one day you could end up having his child or maybe he will have a child one day with someone else and not you.
I had a dream that my mother and brother died last summer in a car accident and it looked awful. Last December my mother passed away suddenly; we did not see it coming so soon and yeah the state she was in looked awful. She went in bed, not a car accident.
You might also want to pay attention to other things in the dream, like numbers, colors, backgrounds, how you felt about certain things then and what you would interpret each event and item to mean to you.
There are also probably some decent library books out there to do further research. I would try to stay away from the ones that say things like "fish to dream of a fish is to mean you will strike it rich" "black to dream of black means you will...".
One thing you might want to do if you have not already done so is keep a dream journal and write your dreams down. If you see repeated references to something in your dream, it could be a message for you. If you see something coming true, it could have been something your subconscious saw beforehand. If it does not happen or seems really ridiculous, it could be a dream in which thoughts or images that were not needed are being filtered out or maybe it just has not happened yet (you can wait for years somethimes I think if your subconscious has seen something) or has the wrong interpretation.

Nothing, it means you had a wierd dream =). My dreams are so odd that they never make sense. But if I keep having the same one over and over, that means either I have an unresolved issue or something is about to happen. Other than that, I don't see him becoming pregnant soon and if he is; he's worth a lot of money! LOL
