How long are Americans going to put up with this crap? Martin Luther Kings papers are hidden until supposedly 2027. Does anyone think they'll look at the papers and decide to revoke his holiday. I think the answer is that they figure America will be finished by then. What do you think?

I know that era was very much communist but the first I hear that about MLK. I think you want a white person to celebrate, get over yourself, if I do a little research, I bet I'll never find one word about him and communism. I haven't to this day, what are you talking about, are you prejudice???

u shpuld be mad at Hoover's xdressing *** for spending exorbitant amounts of $$ to have MLK shadowed in the hopes of finding some info on him that would turn people away from his message ( the idea of all men actaully being equal, not just on paper) I dont think u are referring to Martins papers being revised its the JFK papers that cannot be unsealed until all parties that were involved have died and therefore cannot be prosecuted. take off ur sheet so u can read ur history a little better. its clouding up ur vision. and i guess u approve of your Prez at the time dressing as a woman. again those hard core forever right Republicans.

You know ... I could say a lot of things about you right about now. Especially about how ignorant you are and how you need to go back to school and be educated. First off, you wrote this in the wrong section. Second of all, he was a devout Christian and was highly motivated by his beliefs. Third, he wanted to see equality ... pure equality. He stood for a lot of good, and it's redneck hillbillies like you that would have kept slavery alive if you could. Instead of being a racist and complaining about an African American who stood up for what he believed in, and in a peaceful manner mind you, you could stop worrying so much about a person's skin color and start working more on accepting people for who they are and realize that we are all AMERICAN!!!!!! What I would like to know is how long Americans are going to put up with racist crap from other idiots like yourself. I for one am sick of it.

How about Abe Lincoln, or or George Washington??? they were white... I think people should be proud of everyone that makes a difference and not care about if they are white or black or even green for all I care. People make a difference in the world should be praised, not degraded because of what color their skin is.
