Everybody want's a pet, but few are willing to care for them with the proper treatment needed for a healthy pet. I know dozens of people who have pets and have never been to the vet for the appropiate vaccinations and preventative treatments. If you truly love your pet, SPEND the TIME and MONEY to take care of them properly. Respect their needs or do without.

Every Mosaic law dealing with sex, from not letting one's "seed" touch the ground, to not having sex with a menstruating woman, to not "sleeping with mankind," to marrying one's widowed sister-in-law, had to do with ensuring that there were more Hebrews/Israelites being born as quickly as possible to strenghten the tribe (against the competition from other tribes) simply by force of numbers. There wasn't any issue of morality, just practicality.

Just a thought. I may be wrong. Often am. But not usually.

Okay, I've never had to do this because I've never had enough to deduct. Do I use the amount that I owe out-of-pocket and paid out-of-pocket for 2006. Or just what I've paid so far in medical expenses. Also my dad was sick and since I was next of kin I had to sign everything for him, can I claim those traveling expenses.

One year ago I was in great shape. As a former Div1 swimmer with most of my life spent in the pool, I never had to worry much about what I ate or how active I was outside of the sport. I've taken a year off (my first year ever) and I'm just now trying to get back in shape but I'm having a difficult time without being able to dedicate 4-5 hours a day and no coach to provide me with direction. I've recently join a gym with a pool however I've discovered I'm completely lost in the weight room and, having never had to start fresh, I don't know what to do in the water. In fact, the only part of my training regiment I've been able to hold on to is my chords. I'm dedicated and hard working but I don't have much free time. Any advice?

Shouldnt fish dry up since they are surrounded by salt water? (Water wants to diffuse towards higher solute concentration. IE: salt) Is their body not permeable to water at all? Seems like the same thing should happen to them that happens to a slug.

What about when they drink the salt water? Wouldnt their cells dry up because the water in them would diffuse out of the cell (towards the higher salt concentration outside of the cell) Again, this is what happens to us when we drink salt water. Why doesnt it happen to fish? (Unless maybe they dont drink but get their water from eating?)

Thanks.
