I would need a bit more details, such as "did your system start crashing immediately after you installed IE7?" If so, try the following.

1. Click "Start," and then click "Control Panel."
2. Click "Add or Remove Programs."
3. Check "Show Updates" at the top of the dialog box.
4. Scroll down the list and highlight the version of Internet Explorer 7 that you are running, and then click "Change/Remove." (If you are running Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 Preview — March 20 or later, it is not necessary to check "Show Updates.")
5. Select the appropriate version of Internet Explorer 7 for your operating system.

Your options are limited. You can uninstall IE 7 and restore your computer to a time before installing it by using system restore. It is most likely you have a software incompatibility. Unfortunately, it is usually too much trouble trying to hunt down the problem and you might very well not find the source of the problem. You can choose to use IE 6. Other alternatives include Firefox and Maxthon web browsers. Maxthon might be a good match for you. Maxthon is not a full web browser per se. Instead, it is a shell with a IE 6 core. It adds tab browsing, integrated search box and duplicates all features found in IE 7 and then some. You can read about it at their website. http://www.maxthon.com/

It depends on what kind of crash it is, and what OS you're running. Do you even get to your desktop? Is there an error message, blue-screen-of-death? Wheezing sound?

Assuming you're on XP, you could restore to the 'last good state' of your system. Google 'xp system restore' to find out how.

This should at least get you back to IE6, although this may undo recent changes on your system.

But you'll want IE7 eventually, so you'll need to provide more details about your system and the problem for a real resolution.

If you like using IE, uninstall IE7 & go back to 6.
No more crashes - I know, I had the same problem.
Try Firefox too.
I use it as well.
Good luck!

If you like Internet explorer just uninstall 7 I believe that it will go back to IE6. I also use firefox but not as much as I used too. Hope that fixes your problem.
Good Luck.

If yours is an older computer, you might need to add RAM memory. It is very important to take the time to read system requirements to be sure your computer has the capability before downloading program upgrades. The earlier suggestion of uninstalling 7.0 would make sense short term if it would be awhile before you can upgrade your RAM memory.

Go to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ and down load this browser, it is 100x better than explorer, then uninstall IE7 and stay away from any explorer browser.
