The flaw is that we are a Republic not a Democracy!

Well besides for the bickering between parties..The government allow special interests too much power. And too much deliberate misinterpretation of the Constitution..Example..
The second amendment. It obviously states all people have the right to keep and bear arms.. but Washington has been giving way to much power to the anti-gun retards. Allowing them to fight and say only Militias or the government has that right, and thus have created some quite communist gun laws in a few states.

The flaw is in the politicians that refuse to respect or abide by the Constitution and its requirements. This is especially true for those politicians that place their political party ahead of the country.

Little ,to no representation of the middle class, and poor,of the country, It's ALL about big business, and rich kids(regardless of their spoiled little ages) Some of the best political leaders to have ever lived have been passed by because of monetary prejudices. We need to take the money factor out,and replace it with the intelligent capabilities, and define "lobbying" as it truly is...:bribery..

The "Lobbies" which make the government do what they want, or else!

Or else no election funds. You'll have trouble getting elected.
Or else we move our production somewhere else. You'll lose jobs.
Or else we will deal with your enemies. Money goes in wrong direction.
Or else we sue you for loss of profit. Tax payers have to foot the bill.
Or else we will publicly accuse you of being anti-whatever.
Etc., etc.....

The two party system. They do nothing but fight each other and don't care about the people anymore. Even candidates that go into it caring about us. They end up protecting the party's interest so they get their backing. It's just one big mess.

I assume more than the fact that the liberals are running the show. REally though, the only problem is that it tends to be more of a popularity contest and who can put down the other one more.
