I fit a 1969 F-100 long-bed on one once, so I would surmise your Cutlass will fit.

I hope you're not thinking of the regular U-Haul trailers that you people using to move furniture.
This is like a flat bed.
The car weights 3500 pounds and it's not exactly evenly distributed.
U-Haul carry them but you need to specifically request one. This isn't exactly something you hitch to your bumper.

Yes. But If I were you and if there available in your area I'd check out Budget. There trucks and trailers are a lot better equipment.
