I own websites and I was wondering... if there is a very successful website out there (as a domain name like yahoo.com), but they do not have legal copyright, or legal trademark, can I trademark that name and domain name, and then once I've trademarked it, claim it as my own, and sue the original owners, for stealing my trademark?

Because I don't know if just registering a domain name entitles you to that trademarked name.

This may sound alittle nasty, or even evil, but is this possible?

My son has never slept through the night for any long period of time. A couple weeks ago I decided to let him cry and he slept about 3 nights through. Now he is waking up again 3 or 4 times per night, sometimes a quick cry and back to sleep, sometimes he cries for about 20 mins. I just want to know if anyone knows why he would still be waking? I'm pregnant with baby number 2 and I want my little guy sleeping well before the new baby comes or I'll never have any rest. Thanks for any advice!

I will graduate college in 2 years and am more then ready to get out of Wisconsin, where i've lived almost my entire life. I am starting to think of where I want to move to.

What is your favorite, but affordable city in the U.S to live in? No like L.A or San Diego, I know I will not be able to afford to live there.

Safety is my #1 priority, and I want to get out of the Midwest. But don't want to live down south (I was born in Florida and lived there till I was 8).

How did Dirk Nowitzki, and especially Steve Nash, not get voted in as a starter? They are the best players on the two best teams in the league, and Nash is on his way to his third straight MVP. What if the tables were turned, and all the starters were white, and LeBron, Kobe, Shaq, and D-Wade were not voted in? There'd be a public outcry claiming the NBA is a racist league.

I have a couple questions about trying to conceive (which my husband and I ARE doing).... 1) Has any mom or soon to be mom here gotten pregnant even though you used ky lubrication? I've heard it decreases your chances because it makes it harder for the sperm to get where its trying to go,but we need to use it to make things work. 2) Is there more than a 50% chance of getting pregnant even if you use it? 3) After my husband and I have sex and he pulls out, (I immediatly prop my lower half up for 30 minutes) it seems like a river of the sperm immediatly comes out (is that normal?), is there still ALOT of it inside of me to even possibly get me pregnant? We are so trying to get pregnant and im worried its all running out of me before they can swim to where they need to go to fertilize the egg. I just want to do anything I can to increase our chances of getting pregnant. Thanks!

A man is walking his dog on a lead towards home at a steady 4 mph. When they are 10 miles from home the man lets the dog off the lead. The dog immediately runs off towards home at 6 mph. When the dog reaches the house it turns around and runs back to the man at the same speed. When it reaches the man it again turns back for the house.
