What you will do if your co worker don't co operate with you? what you will do if some angry and fausteted coustomer come in to your pharmacy. how you will manage that situation. need help what shud I answer.

As far as the co-worker, calmly try to find out why they won't cooperate, if they continue or become beligerent - go to a supervisor and explain the situation, maybe they can mediate. As far as the customer, be polite at all times, be as accomodating as possible, but some customers are inconsolable, so be patient - they won't be there forever.
