You have to meet her one on one before planning to propose her.I understand that you are in love with someone you didnt see and meet for real.But,before taking your friendship to the next level you need to spend sometime with her personally and not over the net.
My best suggestion for you would be to plan to meet her FIRST.Ask her is she available on a time and place convenient to the two of you.Get to know her for real.After spending some reasonable time with her off the net,you can plan to propose her.
