my g/f and i have been dating for about 4 and a half yrs, she's 29, im 22 and a half. About 2 weeks ago she informed me that she was preg and will be keeping the baby. she was on the pill the whole time we were dating (allegedly) so i never used a condom or any other type of birth control. i have a few reasons why i think she got preg on purpose the main one being that i ran into a friend of hers yesterday who congratulated me and said she was happy for us b/c "she knew how much my g/f wanted a baby" which was news to me! i just graduated from college and have a good job now and my g/f has been out of college for 7 yrs so financially this isnt a problem, i just am in no way ready to be a dad b/c of the huge change that bringing a child into the world will have on someone's life. just a few month ago she and i were talking about how neither one of us is ready for marriage yet so that isnt an option. on top of this, my mom is gonna kill me! any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanx.

all jeans i have tried on her are either too short but good on weist, or good on legnth and way to big on weist. i have no clue what to do she hates jeans because she looks funny either to short or to big on weist does anyone know a good brand that may be good for her she wears 7/8 but needs 9/10 legnth. please help!

The judge told him to leave the modest house he is still paying mortgage for which he now traded for a tiny appartment in the bad part of town, while you still reside in it, recieving alimony and child support. You won he lost, in short standard procedure for about half of all men who signed a marriage contract.
How do you feel about the fact that one day your sweet boy(s) might grow up and marry and end up divorced and just as miserabel as your ex ? You do not care ?
Do you tell them to never marry ?
you dont want them to leave you in the first place ?
you hope they will find a woman who is better than you are ?
do you preach to them that a marriage is all about a womans needs and to forget what they want and to do whatever it takes to keep her from cashing out ?

I believe that party politics has become detrimental to our society because we politicize everything. I also believe that our government should pass laws based on what's good for Americans, not what's good for a certain political party. We could call it the "Good for America" Act.

I teach a 6th grade health class and I am a first year teacher. This class is horrible and are very disrespectful. Every minute I am telling them to be quiet, get back to work, keep your hands to yourself....I really need some suggestions on how to deal with them. I dont want to give them detention because most of them are already in it...so is there something else I can do in the classroom that will make them change?

my husband clocked out at 11:59 am and clocked back in at 12:55 for his lunch hour. They are trying to dock him 15 minutes for clocking out 1 minute early. Can they do that. He only took at 55 minute lunch. Apparrently they have been doing this to everyone clock in or out early or late they dock 15 minutes. Can they do that? Don't they have to pay him for the hourd he works? Can he request time card are the required to let him make a copy of it?

I drove from Boise, Idaho to Princeton, West Virginia in mid-November to buy a 6 week old English Bulldog pup from my daughter's close friend who owns a male and female English Bulldog.
After the pup grew taller and leaner, I questioned whether the pup was purebred. The breeder responded to my questions and request for a refund by saying that a Boxer and an English Bulldog mix is called an American Bulldog and since I still bought a Bulldog he refuses to refund my money. I would never have crossed the country to buy a mixed breed dog. What are my options to get this back yard breeder to refund my money?
