He is a good husband otherwise, why do some of you think it's so wrong we have talked to a shrink and have learned alot of males have some feminity born into them, he say's it relaxes him and he isn't gay and you would be surprised at who crossdresses, lawyer's, pilot's, teachers even alot of husband's whose wife's have no idea!!.. If it's bad then i guess im a bad girl

Take him to a department store cosmetic department & ask if they could give your husband a makeover. If they ask why, just has he has to dress-up as a woman for something or just tell them the truth, that he likes to crossdress & you want him to look his best when he dresses as a girl.

Well, I for one don't think it's a big deal at all. You two love each other.
Onto the makeup:
MAC is great, but it can be easy to go over-the-top when you're using their products. Most of their makeup has a high pigment content, meaning it's BRIGHT and LOUD. However, it can be very beautiful when applied correctly.
If he wants foundation, since men's skin is rougher than a woman's, a cream or mousse is NOT the way to go - it'll just show the bumps and little indents that he doesn't want to show. I'd recommend a water-based foundation. Maybelline has some that are 50% water. I wouldn't alter his eyebrows too much because it'll make him look more like a drag queen and less like a classy crossdresser. If you want to make him more girly, you can clean them up with tweezers, but I wouldn't arch them too much or make them too thin. Bronzer or blush is always a good idea on the tops of the cheekbones, where the sun would normally hit the face. I'd go with a glossy, light-colored lipgloss rather than a matte, dark lipstick.
I hope this helps!

umm okie dokie then
well.... he can start with a foundation. then apply a little blush or he can use a bronzer. to use the bronzer just put a little on a make-up sponge and dab it right below the cheekbone.
using an angeled brush[eye brow/liner brush] he can apply eye liner or eey shadow below the line of the bottom eye to make is eyes more defined and also 1/2 way on the upper lid [from the tear drop moving outward]
apply a colour eye shadow that he wants on the entire lid... and then go over this wit a contour brush from the outward part of eye to about 1/2 way inwards and along the crease of the lid.
apply some lip gloss and line the lips using a lip brush

Take him for a department store makeover just like you would take a girlfriend. He would get a professional makeover and get his questions on application answered. He then should buy the products they suggest.

Would he like more natural makeup or glam/dramatic makeup? If he'd like more natural makeup, use mineral makeup. If he'd like my dramatic makeup, consider MAC makeup. He'll have to experiment with alot of types of makeup brands and color shades before he finds what suits him best.
