From the sounds of it, your husband can get his citizenship without a problem. Once he has it, he should be able to sponcer you and your children. Good Luck

The first step is to look at the NZ immigration website, which gives lots of information about the points system that is used for aspiring immigrants. There's also a skills shortage list, which might be worth you looking into. If you have any more queries, I'd contact the NZ High Commission in London - the staff were very helpful when I got a working holiday visa, but it's better if you can visit in person, as the phone line is really expensive!
