Nose job surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

I didn't get mine on purpose, as I've broken my nose a few too many times. The last time I had to get rhinoplasty to re-scupt a ridge in the bridge of my nose caused by incorrect healing of the last time I broke it.
Let me tell you: Nose jobs are not the most comfortable things in the world, and the aftercare sucks, especially if you wear glasses. Plus you have to be really careful about bonking it, and it puffs up to the point where you think you have the nose of Bozo the clown.
All in all, though, I'm glad I had mine done. It's back to what it should look like naturally, but with a bit straighter and more elongated bridge. Being asian, we tend to have flat and wide noses. I think mine is perfect! *smile*
But if you break your nose a lot...getting plastic surgery/nose job isn't much different than having it all braced up.

The Best Candidates For Rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty can enhance your appearance and your self-confidence, but it won't necessarily change your looks to match your ideal, or cause other people to treat you differently. Before you decide to have surgery, think carefully about your expectations and discuss them with your surgeon.
The best candidates for rhinoplasty are people who are looking for improvement, not perfection, in the way they look. If you're physically healthy, psychologically stable, and realistic in your expectations, you may be a good candidate.
Rhinoplasty can be performed to meet aesthetic goals or for reconstructive purposes-to correct birth defects or breathing problems.
Age may also be a consideration. Many surgeons prefer not to operate on teenagers until after they've completed their growth spurt-around 14 or 15 for girls, a bit later for boys. It's important to consider teenagers' social and emotional adjustment, too, and to make sure it's what they, and not their parents, really want.

I haven't personally had one.... But my sister has had three.
The first one didn't turn out right, so she went back in.... had another one and once again didn't like it and went in for a third.... she still is not completely satisfied with her nose, but I don't think she will be having anymore surgeries in the near future.
So, in other words I guess I am saying.... if you get the surgery don't expect perfection.
Good Luck
