I manage a group of nine employees. Two have been with the company for over seven years, and I have been with the company for only 5 months. The two "veterans" do their work very well, but they have terrible attitudes and treat the newer employees horribly and they bad mouth me. I have confronted them about this, but the behavior continues. What to do?

I am 33 and think it is time to break down and get this done. I haven't yet because I haven't had any pain or other symptoms, nor the money. But now the one in bottom back is starting to throb and swell my gums. I have 2 competely in and one that has not come through at all... I would like to know from anyone who is older and had impacted teeth, how this went for you. Did you have local, general or total sedation and how was it? How was it after for pain? Did you have more problems than non-impacted patient? I have never had surgery or any extended time in the hospital, so any procedure is new to me. I think there has been a tremendous amount of good info in response to this, but I would like to hear from some others who aren't so young w/ "fresh, easy" teeth. Thanks!!

Ok, so here's the thing. I'm on my 4th college right now. I just started my spring semester (first semester junior), and this will be the first time I've gone to one school two consecuative semesters. Fall 05 I was in SC (I live in MA) and I went back in Jan from Xmas break and just had to leave. I couldn't be there anymore, so I came home and went to the state school down the street.

Now it's Jan again and I'm at school in CT and have been since this past fall. But I'm starting to freak out again. I'm not happy whatsoever, and I don't know why.

I do have depression, and it is winter, so maybe it's seasonal. But I really don't know what to do. I feel like I just need to change schools again. Like I need to just pack up and move across the country (as weird as that is, seeing as how last Jan I went home...)

I keep needing to change where I am. I'm never satisfied or happy with where I am. I don't even know what I'm goin to school for...

What should I do? Help please? :(

I personally think that England could have won the ashes if they had played Panesar from the beginning, and if they had the right attitude- The media made them too big headed! Stuart Broad should also have been played too.- England aren't going to win the World cup if they carry on like they are now. I don't really mind who wins the cup, as long as it's not Australia. What do you think?

My husband and I are thinking about getting a Sam's Club membership. What are the top three things you buy at Sam's Club? How much do you get of the product and how much does it cost? How often do you use your membership?

Thanks!!

How long would it take to find out if it's just a phase or just infatuation or if you just love him as a friend that you can't be without for the rest of your life? How long does it take to know if he's the one and is there usually a scared feeling at the prospect of sharing your life with someone? I've only been seeing him a month or so. I worked with him for over a year 10 years ago...but I feel like he's always been in my life now and it's a good thing. I'm scared...

“When you meet the unbelievers, strike off their heads; then when you have made wide slaughter among them, carefully tie up the remaining captives.” (Quran47.4).

"And when the sacred months are passed, kill those who join other gods with God [i.e. moshrekin.] wherever ye shall find them; and seize them, besiege them, and lay wait for them with every kind of ambush: but if they shall convert, and observe prayer, and pay the obligatory alms, then let them go their way, for God is Gracious, Merciful."(Quran 9:5)

And as for Christians and Jews who rejected him he has this to say:

"Make war upon such of those to whom the Scriptures have been given and believe not in God, or the last day, and who forbid not that which God and His Apostle have forbidden..."( Quran. 9:29)

1970's house Three layers of paper on most walls are all peeling off. I have removed it all. Walls are bare- mostly- a thin sheet of paper, torn in places and raw in others, is still on there (its not the sheet rock). I have sprayed the remover and scrapped till I hate the project- its just so many- can I just paint over it?

What do I need to pain to prep "water proof" the walls then put vinyl paper in the bathroom in kitchen? What brand? What products? Thanks so much! I can follow directions- ha ha.

If your on a wage of say 16000 (permanent, working 5 days a week, on PAYE where your employer sorts out tax, etc) and then you do a one off job that pays about 1500 in your spare time, what do you do about tax? Is it a second job? What percentage do you have to give in tax?

I can't find this anywhere. I wrote the NBA but they didn't respond. Are women specifically prohibited from playing in the NBA, or is it within the rules for a woman to try out for/be drafted by/play for an NBA team?
