I got careless driving and the cop told me it would be 3 points on my license. I took traffic school to remove previous points 6 months ago so I cannot do that. Will these 3 points raise my insurance rate? Also, I was pulled over by an unmarked detective, and he called in a motor cop to write the ticket. Would it be worth taking to court, and if I take it to court, what are the benefits vs. the losses I can face?

Should I be wrapping up more???
I've been out quite a few times this winter & have felt fine whilst being out. It may be cold at the start, but I soon warm up.
The reason I ask is because every time I see another runner out, they seem to be wearing a hat, sweater/Jumper.

I do exercise regularly. But i ended up with a motor bike accident today. Everything is okay other than a few bruises and also slight pain in my shoulder joint. How long should i wait before i restart my sessions.

I was born in 1969 and so grew up in the 1970's, and I'm feeling nostalgic. Anybody else remember big GI Joe dolls? I still have mine, I guess they are worth some bucks these days. Whatabout Toughskin jeans...I think Sears carried them, they had 3 colors- green plaid, brown plaid or red plaid, and they were virtually indestructable....

a friend of mines daughter just got two years probation in pennsylvania. it was for robbery. something her & her cousin did. she also has to pay a fine. she likes to go out & party alot. can she still do that? she is 22. she also has another hearing to go to about participating in armed robbery with her boyfriend. she was put on probation on tuesday & the other trial is thursday. she pleaded quilty. her boyfriend is pleading not guilty. will being on probation interfer with this trial? will this trial violate her probation? please help as soon as possible. her mother is sick with worry.

I dont know why but it is really depressing me that Ill be 30 soon, and no boyfriend or career that I love.I was engaged to my highschool boyfriend of 10 years and we were actually supposed to be getting married next weekend, we had the hall booked and everything.I broke up with him last March & it was the hardest thing I ever had to do, but when i was really honest with myself i realized we had grown appart (i had grown up and he had not) and we just didnt want the same things out of life.I have dated 4-5 guys since then and they all seemed to start out great but turn into jerks who were just after sex, and once they got it or didnt after a while they dissapeared.Im so frustrated by this.I try to do things with friends but most are settled & everyone keeps trying to set me up.Any advice?

There was two students, one was jonh and the other was ryan. and they both went to a catholic school. Their entire class was in lunch, and they all got in line all of the chose what they wanted to eat and they put it in their lunch tray... so then, they get to the dessert section and have too choose. and apple from the apple barrel or a chocolate brownie from the silver tray... and on the barrel, the nuns had posted a sign that read..."take only one, god is watching" so, the students immediately go to the brownies and jonh says to ryan, "take all the brownies you want..god is watching the apples"
