Beans cause gas no matter which way there are cooked! Beans are high is fiber and it is kind of hard for the body to digest, so it cause gas! I would just try gas-x or beano after you eat beans that would help you from having as much gas!

The answer is Beano, I think they have a powder that you can add right to the dish when cooking, so nobody that eats it will get gas.

if you do
put the beans in a smaller metal container and put it in a bigger pot in which there is water boiling
