I live in NYC, just moved here and need to find relatively affordable health insurance. Up till now was covered by plans through employers. Is Medicare decent coverage? Is it very different from others?

I need advice on the "tastiest" cat food available. My cat is on steriods for a mouth tumor and I need to administer his medication through his food. I think he can taste it because hes not finishing it off (I've been giving him Whiskas pouches). He would eat it in tuna but this is ongoing medication and I know its not healthy for them to eat tuna all the time. Does anyone know of catfood that he wouldn't leave any on his plate? Any help would be much appreciated x

Hi, I always get offered a job when I'm shopping in Abercrombie & Fitch... which is beyond me because I don't look like the typical A&F sales associate -- I'm Italian and a very petite girl, not tall and blonde, but I'm friendly and have a casual "abercrombie" look (i.e. the fuller eyebrows). Then again, the offer is always from the 18-20 year old men that work there, so they could just be hitting on me for all I know, haha. But regardless, I've always been too young to work there, but pretty soon I'll be eligible, and I think it'd be fun to work there. I know they have a very bad reputation for how they treat their sales associates, but the store in my area is very nice and laid back (the employees try on the clothes all day and are constantly just talking amongst themselves). I also know the pay is low, but I'm not looking to work for financial reasons, more just for the fun of experiencing a first job. Anyway, what should I wear? Abercrombie clothes or professional clothes?

i dont want to call or take my computer to anyone because of the enormus ridiculous charges.my warranty is out,my computer is fine except for when i leave in standby,or turn it off(overnight),upon restart,my monitor constantly flashes and blinks very fast,between blinks,everything seems to be loading fine,no error messages,it has happened the past two days,so i restart,and i dissconnect the cord from the back of the monitor and it does fine and a blue screen with white font pops up and windows does a countdown 3 times,then the monitor works fine.my virus protection doesnt detect any suspicious activity.it only does this when the computer is not used for a long period of time.i have no problems otherwise.i posted a similar question,i didnt feel i got good answers,does anyone really know whats going on?i would appreciate any input from anyone that has experienced this or knows whats up.thanks!

Because the assistant has forgotten to rub/take the security tag off? It happened to me today. You can just feel everyones eyes piercing into you, it makes you feel like a criminal even though i haven't done anything. The assistant forgot to deactivate the alarm on my digibox. in most cases people are doing the things that are supposed to be saved until after marriage before they are wed.
There are very few women wearing a white wedding dress on that big day that really should be wearing it.(if you know what I mean) i think this is a big reason why divorce is so high, because people have little moral integrity.

I have been diagnosed with runners-knees (patello-femoral pain syndrome). I am in physical therapy to increase the surrounding muscles, but will the cartilage that has worn away ever come back? What other remedies are helpful for this condition?

P.S. I do not run or do any strenuous exercises that I can contribute to this disorder. I am a 34 year old female.

This Is VERY Unusual. I Am 12 Years Old And Have Hairs On My Cheeks (Light, Ones On My Chin) Loads On My Upper Lip And VERY VERY Thick, Jet-Black Eyebrows. I Am Light-Skinned (Black) And It Looks NASTY. I Wax At Least Once A Week On My Upper Lip And Still There Are Hairs Left. If It Wasn't For My Spots I Would Look Like A Monster. I Have Light-Skinned Legs (Lighter Than My Face), Which Have Many Spots (Red) And Use Hair Removal Cream Every Week. (Well Nearly), The Other Thing Is That My Hair Is Quite Short.
I Was Thinking That I Might Have PCOS BUT I Don't Even Have Periods, So I Couldn't. Also I Am A Very Healthy Child - Do Different Sorts Of Sports Every Day And Am At A Healthy Weight. It Might Be Heredity But My Dad Is Hardly Hairy And My Mum Has Also Coarse Hairs On Her Face, But They Are Both Between The 40-50 Age Range So Hair Doesn't Really Grow At That Time. I have a 5 week old baby and he finally is on a formula that he can keep down. He has gained 1pound 2 ounces in a week after not gaining weight due to him getting sick from the formula. He usually drinks 3 to 4 oz in 2 to 3 hours. Last night he drank 10 oz in 3 1/2 hours, yes 10 oz. He didn't get sick he just wanted more. Then he slept from 11 til 5:30, which he has never done. So my question is do infants sleep more when they are going through a growth spurt?? Sorry so long winded :) Thanks for any info.

Is it possible that land dwelling creatures, such as ourselves, are very rare in space, that being if there is any other form of life out there? For instance, the nearest planet that could possibly harbor life is covered in ice, with an ocean of water running underneath it. If this is the case, do you think it is possible that intelligent life out in space, would not nessicarly be found on a planet like earth, but instead it would be found underwater? Isn't it true that we find life in water first?
