This Is VERY Unusual. I Am 12 Years Old And Have Hairs On My Cheeks (Light, Ones On My Chin) Loads On My Upper Lip And VERY VERY Thick, Jet-Black Eyebrows. I Am Light-Skinned (Black) And It Looks NASTY. I Wax At Least Once A Week On My Upper Lip And Still There Are Hairs Left. If It Wasn't For My Spots I Would Look Like A Monster. I Have Light-Skinned Legs (Lighter Than My Face), Which Have Many Spots (Red) And Use Hair Removal Cream Every Week. (Well Nearly), The Other Thing Is That My Hair Is Quite Short.
I Was Thinking That I Might Have PCOS BUT I Don't Even Have Periods, So I Couldn't. Also I Am A Very Healthy Child - Do Different Sorts Of Sports Every Day And Am At A Healthy Weight. It Might Be Heredity But My Dad Is Hardly Hairy And My Mum Has Also Coarse Hairs On Her Face, But They Are Both Between The 40-50 Age Range So Hair Doesn't Really Grow At That Time. If I Took A Picture You Would See Just Spots. My Face Is Too Tender To Wax On My Upper Cheek. Please HELP Or Message Me!

I think most everyone has light hairs on their face, you don't notice it because its the complexion of their skin and so most don't do anything about it. You probably notice it more than anyone looking at you because body hair is your issue at the moment and so you're going over yourself in great detail. If you're using the hair remover on your legs to remove hair, that's most likely why you have the spots. Its irritating your skin, which they do very frequently. Regarding your upper lip, if you prefer to wax it and it doesn't get it all at one time, you wait to let the skin heal for 24 to 48 hours and you do it again for the stubble. Very thick eyebrows is actually a good thing, arching your eyebrows is $5 - $15 at your local beauty shop and by your eyebrows being thick it means your arch will be well defined and won't need the addition of make up to fill it in like many women have to do with eyeshadow and/or eyebrow pencils. Your eyebrows can be arched as thin as you'd like and its a very simple remedy to go have that done. You then follow up maintenance and upkeep with tweezers when the hair grows back (use ambesol on them if you're particular about the associated pain).

I don't think what you've described is as bad as it seems, other than the upper lip hair, you're a 12 experiencing hair growth because you're probably going through puberty.
