A friend of mine has developed Bells Palsy this past weekend. She is scared and they told her it would get worse for a month and then get better for a month. Can anyone recommend how I can help her or offer stories of hope to share with her?

Thank you!

I've found some sites to help you know more as well as a lot of information. I suggest that you be there for her, cause that is what a real friend is. see below for more help.

I did find out that it can go away as fast as it comes on. I do hope this helps you.

just be a good friend and stick with her..comfort her in the times she needs you. My friend got diagnosed with Bells Palsy and the side effects wore off within a month so i would just stick with her through the hard times and be a good friend.
