On one hand Ive know this guy for 4 years, mind you besides the idle boy girl attraction we've always use to get along great. But then we get through these periods of never talking to each other and then when we finally do he acts really close. On one hand I love being his friend because I like to protect him and hes such a carefree and fun person but on the otherside I feel that i am being taken advantage of since I always try to do him favores to make him happy and i never ask anything in return but at times it gets so bad I dont tell him but I cry at some of the jokeful things he says. At times I feel he's selfish because he really only does care about himself but who doesnt now a days?

I have taken intensive Spanish lessons for a little over a month, and I will be continuing these lessons for the next 8 months, up until I move to Spain. I study hard, and practice often. On my resume, how should I explain my Spanish skills? I would definitely not say "proficient" in Spanish, because I wouldn't be able to interview in Spanish, so I guess I'm looking for a word that means a little less than proficient.

My sister was adding to my account incorrectly. We only wanted to link our accounts not have a joint account. She's in school and her identity was stolen and credit cards were placed in her name. The credit card co. got a judgment and garnish my account because her name was attached and wipe out my bank account. I have direct deposit and they took my entire paycheck.
