please give me a list of what a pet owner should expect from there groomers and any rules that should be followed for your puppies saftey... Also I would like to have some short horror stories to include

I would make sure this person has had a lot of experience.( especially with the type of dog you own ) I would also ask people who have been to a certain groomers and ask them about that place and if they do a good job. Also see if this place has more that 1 worker, because if 1 of the workers were to attempt to kill the dog or something, it would be public.

l do not know any horror story to tell. But the groomer should have a certification and word of mouth is the way most groomers are found. the groomer is train to control dogs with out harming them in any way. they give you what you ask for. like bath,clip,nails,dips, and other things. some people do not like the cologne on the dog but there are a lot to choose from. but word of mouth is the best way to look for a good groomer.
