Hugs are the best. I hug at LEAST one person a day. Some of my friends/coworkers tease me about it but I don't care, if you look like you need a hug , I will offer one. Everyone feels better after a hug!

Yes I do and I agree with you if we did more hugging there would be less violence in the world. I think about it all the time.

I hug my husband so many times a day! No matter where we are, sometimes I just like to stop and hug him. He makes fun of me for it and it might be a little Full House, but hugs make you feel good! Nobody gives hugs like little kids though, I love em!

at least one, absolutely...usually a whole lot more though...some people just aren't huggers though...a sincere smile will do just the same...
