If you get her a return ticket, then she will be able to enter the UK on a tourist visa, I think the limit is three months, then she would have to return to Russia. I you want her to be here with you longer, you may be able to just buy another return, or if she could find work here, apply for a work visa... there's marriage, but even then, I don't think that the visa is issued immediately, could take about two years, not really sure on that...

Personally I think we have enough immigrants here already. If you love her that much go and live in Russia with her.
