Directions say to use before shampooing but may hair still seems dry to me when I do it this way. I have put a hot oil treatment after shampooing and conditioning and found that my hair is more shiny and moisturized when I do it this way. Do you use your hot oil treatment before of after shampooing?

I've lived away from Toronto for almost 10 years and was told by a relative that it is no longer the safe place it used to be. Anyone who has lived there at least 20 years that can tell me their opinion? I heard it is over-run with gangs especially in the Scarborough area and there has been a huge rise in the murder rates.

I tried cooking them in a foil container at 350 degrees and after more than an hour they were still coldish! What's the best way to heat these things up? Again, they were just prepared and frozen, never cooked before.
