Is it almond oil? (I forget which one!) And why is mineral oil the worst type 4 ur skin? (i read that somewhere)
[makin' my own individual skincare products w/healthist ingredients possible, can't wait)

As a natural skincare maker... sweet almond oil is good.. so is soy or sesame. Mineral Oil is the worst thing ever to use because it forms a layer on top of yor skin. It never absorbs and is made from the same thing they use to make gasoline- Crude Oil. There are lots of resources for people who want to make their own products... but if you dont want to make the effort you can check out my website.

Squalene oil is awesome. It's small molecular size allows a super-quick absorption time.

In the superstore, fruits are usually chosen far too soon. Some are rocks, many are bitter. Some of the fruit and vegetables are typical right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.

I am not sure but for me neutrogena body oil (orginal formula)light sesame formula. works very good!!!good luck.
