its ok. as long as you, her parents, her, her boyfriend, and his parents dont care its ok for her to go out with him. plus age is just a number anymore

That's a bit of a gap in age, hopefully maturity, where they are in life, etc. I can't imagine they'd have a whole lot in common after the phsyical attraction wears off.

Well... Think about it this way:
When he was 10, she was 0!
Maybe if she was of age then yes it would be ok... But she's not, so it's not ok. Guys his age dating girls her age only want one thing! Once they have it, then the little girl is forgotten about!
