I'm talking about 30 some years ago! My mother won the judgment and my father never payed - I guess there was no means of forcing dads to pay back then. Now he's dead, and there are some estate issues.

I'm almost 27 and my not-boyfriend just turned 28. We have been talking and dating on and off for 2 years now. It's long distance currently but even when he was here he didn't want to commit. He talks about a future with me, but when I address this he backtracks. We talk for hours every day, but really we are going no where. He says he's not happy with himself and can't commit to anything until he knows where he is in life. I don't want to wait forever, but I'm not sure if I should wait anylonger or just call it off now. If he cared, it would seem that he would want to have a future with me.

When a man braggs and boasts that he is a real man, and how he is in demand because so many women want him, but his behavior is based on nothing but raw loutish behavior and he thinks it's sexy to constantly use profanity and disgusting language towards women in such a way you even wonder if he was born of a woman, and justifies this by saying this is what women want (This is not what the decent ones want)... i have met one on the net, but naming no names.... when does the line between flirting, and being down right disrespectful become blurred?
and is it right for any man to use hard core profanity when talking to a woman....is it necessary?

this woman claims my husband signed a prommisory note. We have seen the note and it is signed with a line. The woman has contacted a lawyer and is seeking payment what recourses do i have in Ca to go after this woman myself in a court of law.She is a stalker and is using every means she can to get back with my husband. I fill this is her desperate last move. I want to stop her madness .Can I seek damages for the pain this woman has inflicted on my children and myself she is obsessed. she calls friends trying to get in touch with him. She has made sure that where ever we have lived she lives less than quarter mile away. She parks across the street and watches the house etc she is a real wack . What right does a woman in Calif. have?

is it possible to lose a few pounds by them to fit into this dress. I am thinking 3 lbs. It is Wed. Should I FAST until then and just drink lots of water... I just saw on the news that a women died trying to win a Nintendo Wii for her children. The radio people stated that they signed a release form and therefore responsible for their own health. However, they were extremely irresponsible by ignoring the dangerous health risk involved, I believe they weren't qualified to do such a show when they didn't consult a doctor or health specialist.

At the least I believe they should give her kids a freakin Wii!!! I mean, their mother did die trying to get them one. People are so cruel these days.
