Because your stomach has digested it already, the reason for this may have been that you exercised before eating the big mac, exercise before eating can cause rapid digestion of foods. This is why many health experts suggest exercising before meals, so that you burn off calories very quickly. You would think that a big mac would fill you up, but it isn't very nutritious anyway. Things that include bread often give you an illusion of being full as well, but it only gives you a temporary feeling of satisfaction.

From what I've been told, your body attempts to metabolize processed foods (like the big mac) very quickly because such foods cause a drastic insulin surge. Your body works in overdrive to metabolize, and does so in 30-45 minutes where it works over a course of a few hours for natural foods. So eating those foods causes your body gets kicked into overdrive for a very short amount of time, and then it wears out and stops abruptly, leaving left over calories to be stored as fat, and making you hungry quicker. I hope that makes sense!

Beacuse you are basically not eating anything filling. The bread is carbs and that makes you hungry about an hour later. There is protein but not quality and not much of it. Plus that fatteneing ingredients make you want to eat more. You are better off getting a side salad and reg. hamburger from there with a diet coke.

Cos you got a very high metabolic rate compared with other folk!

Try mixing your beef with cheese and sauce layers. A great addition would be a juicy fried egg and mushrooms. To follow a full cream strawberry milkshake.
Should you still be hungry after this mixture then I can only recommend you go to the USA and enjoy their giant T- bone steaks!
