Ebay, you can get a phone with no contract, and they have phones that are unlocked.

Go to walmart or go to verizon website and look into the prepay plans. I have a prepaid razor with verizon. My razor wasover 100, but they have phones that are much cheaper. After the original purchase, you can put money on them. However, you do not necessarily get minutes. You have to pay at least 99 cent a day for every day you use the phone. You can get free nights and weekends

Go to www.myworldphone.com click on the preferred brand logo and select the phone you like. Remember, if you have T-Mobile there’s nothing to worry about all of the phones from that site will work, but if you have Cingular, make sure that the phone you select has 850Mhz and 1900Mhz. All of the phones purchased from that site will be fully unlocked.

You can buy a pay as you go cell phone at Wal- Mart, they have many to choose from. Avarage price is about $40.00.

I got a Tracfone for less than $15 at WalMart. There's no contract, but you can only use it with their plan. you buy minutes of airtime.

i jut bought a Virgin cell phone at target. It was $20.00.
