My daughter is 23, diagnosed w/ LD, not otherwise specified at 15, and nvld at 22. In the last 3 years we're just beginning to see how overarching her disabilty is. She seems to have increasing disability in the area of organization and time management and indeed all of her symptoms seem more magnified than 6 or 7 years ago. I'm not sure if this is due to the complexity of life as she gets older, or just the fact that she is more independent of us as parents in her time management and decision-making. She is a very lovely person, honest, loving, and kind. However, all of the symptoms of NVLD are operative for her. She is an independent thinker and resists parental efforts to influence her.Yet she'll come back after dissing a suggestion, and apologize for a rude or abrupt manner, and acknowledge the validity of the suggestion. I'm not sure she'll be able to support herself/ have a place of her own, and want input about any of this. I.E. $ help, therapy, ideas, links,books??

How come some women "swallow" and some do not? My wife will do it rarely and says she has to be in the mood for it. What does that mean? Some women hate it and will never do it while others LOVE it. Can someone explain to me why women dont like it? Is it the taste? Hygine? Gag reflex?

Been separated 8 years. 2 children under 12. Living in Scotland.

Kids stay with their mum but i have them up to half the week. Mainly amicable with occasional craziness(on her part!). Days i have them are not fixed so are negotiable depending on other plans of both parties. I pay money each month which we are both happy with.

Have not felt the need to formally sever ties in the past due to being reasonably amicable and concern about involving lawyers and whatever games they may get us to play.

I wanted a honda pilot or cr-v but the pilot was just to expensive and I don't like the new 2007 body style of the cr-v. There are no more new 2006 c-r-vs and the used ones already have 50,000+ miles on them.I am giving up on the cr-v but I still need an suv.

Something around $20,000 that will last. Good milage and safe for family cross country trips. I don't want a huge suv like the expadition. Something smaller m=and made for a lady. any sugestions

This person is an ex boyfriend that I care about dearly. He is mad at me since July and everytime I try and reach out he simply ignores my calls. I have tried just about everything. I have texted him left several nice messages and more. I did not mean to hurt his feelings but I did and it has been over 7 months now and that I thought would be plenty of time. Considering it is a new year but no such luck. He is a Sagittarius and I know how they can clash with an Aries myself. It should not matter if he is mad at me or not since we are both married. However, he is my childhood best friend too. I have been able to deal with being mad at him in the past but now it is eating away at me.I have since relocated with my family to another state and it is so difficult to deal with So any sagitarius out there feel free to reply. I just hard on one of these entertainment show's that they plan on moving theirselves & family (kids) down to New Orleans. Knowing the situation that state is in now, the problems exist from the hurricane. And, I don't know a lot of people who would want to move there; or even move back there (those 2 amaze me).

They make conscious & smart decisions (I'm not talking about there love life, no comment necessary). I'm speaking of their humanity, they adopt children, they actually get involve & do things. 2make things better, u know how u hear people say...."stop talking about and do something about to make things change" And, thats what they've dond Kudos to them keep up the good work.

I think they r a really good match & I hope it works out for them. Apparently, well it would seem Jen & Brad was'nt happy in their relationship. It was just a matter of time, and I hope Jen the best as well.

So, what do u think of their humanity?and do u know of other acts of good deeds from them

I have four cats,all of them related to each other.I have one cat that's the oldest,one that's 1of4 of the offspring of the oldest cat;and two that are basically the grandchilldren of the oldest cat.

Oldest cat is real nice and lets anyone pet her
2nd oldest is kinda mean&has a attitude
the 2 younger:one of them looks like a twin of the 2nd oldest(difference is the older is F&the younger M);the oter is looks like a marshmellow;thus we named him Marshmellow.And marshmellow also has a bad if not worse attitude.

Problem is I cant put flee/tick sray or powder on any of them. Each one will throw a fit and attempt to scratch me up if I try &put something on them.Evan the oldest catwhich is the nicest,sweetest,&most docile.Each one just refuses to let me put flee&tick stuff on them.First I was using the spray&that didnt work.Thinkin the powder is quiet&they wont notice...WRONG,they still know what it is.
So what do I do,so I can put some flee&tick stuff on them so they dont get ForT?
