I'm talking about 30 some years ago! My mother won the judgment and my father never payed - I guess there was no means of forcing dads to pay back then. Now he's dead, and there are some estate issues.

Call your local District Attorney's office and ask. They likely have one or more people who deal just with child support issues.

SUE THE ESTATE IT'S DONE ALL THE TIME HE OWES NO MATTER HOW OLD THE ORDER IS. YOU CAN'T GET RID OF SUPPORT ORDERS OR STUDENT LOANS. THEY LAST FOREVER OR TIL THEY'RE PAID.
