I've sent letters and packages to a former student of mine in Bagdad, but his package I sent in October, just came back to me this week. It appears to have gone to Iraq and back to Texas, where he was previously stationed, before returning to Indiana to me.

so i judt started writing this song and im going to use it for a new demo but i have serious writers block and havent been able to finish it in like a week so if you guys wanna help me finish it that would be sweet here it is:

i see him every once in awhile
i just sit and wait for him to flash me a smile

i wonder if he ever thinks about me
if he opens his eyes maybe then he'l see

you knows thos antennas they sell at circuit city and hhgregg that hook up to the cable wire going to your tv. they claim they give you a better signal and pick up channels in hi definition. is that possible. or do i have to spend 100 a month in order to watch espn in hi def. i need to know if its actually worth buying one of those antennas. or if it is just a minor improvement that i wont really be able to tell. any info. thanks

PLEASE BE NICE!EVERYONE IS A JERK NOW A DAYS,DONT ADD TO THAT COUNT!Heres my question,this guy I love,I mean love,started flirting with me,and I think he wanted to be more than "Friends".Then he gets asked out,and he accepts. :( Well anyways,I still caught him looking at me even though he had a girlfriend,almost every day,but now,for about a month,I hardly ever catch him,which makes me feel as though he's over me.But one day,about a week ago,we had to do this playing test(playing scales on an instrument in front of the whole band) as individuals,and when I got done,people started clapping,but he was the only one who stood up and clapped.That day,out of like 35 people,he only stood up and clapped for 5 of us,2 guys,his girlfriend,his girlfriends best friend,and then me.I was seriously the odd ball out.I could see why he stood up if we were super close,but were not,we dont talk much anymore.What do you think?Is he over me

my grandfather passed way 2day.idk how to help my dad. i was never closee to my grandfather, but i saw him every summer and he careed about me alot and it pains me that my dads in mexico and i can help him cope with this. he comes back in a feew days, wat do i do to help him. this is the first time someone in his family has passed away.

I'm a high school junior this year. I'm valedictorian of my class of 500, and thus, I'm looking to apply to and attend a top college.

This summer, I was planning to work as a day camp counselor--same thing I've done for the past 3 years. But seeing as this is the "college crunch time," my parents and I are beginning to think that perhaps I should take some sort of for-credit precollege program instead. I know of many schools that offer them (Harvard, Brown, Yale, etc), and my mom said she'd reimburse me for not earning a salary this summer.

However, I'm trying to figure out if I really want to dedicate my summer to more school. Has anyone attended one of these programs, and if you did, what were your thoughts? Also, does anyone know how much they'd truly affect college admissions?
