Anyway the dude with the turban is Dr.Manmonhan Signh (not MBBS Doc, just clarifying since u a blonde : ) the Prime Minister of India.
And Dr.A.P.J Abdul Kamal a former scientist , now President of India. (the same Doc theory apply for him as well)
